How to Stop Recurring Billing on Cam Sites
Token purchases are one-off charges on almost every cam site. Recurring billing comes from three things: site memberships (such as Chaturbate Supporter, CamSoda Premium, CAM4 Gold, Flirt4Free VIP or LiveJasmin Pro), fan club subscriptions, and optional auto-refill of tokens. To stop recurring billing, cancel each one in its own settings page before the next renewal date and keep the confirmation.
- Find out what is renewing. Check your statement for the date and amount, and look for a memberships or subscriptions page in your account.
- Cancel the membership where the platform documents it (table below). Some only allow this on the desktop site.
- Cancel each fan club separately. Fan clubs are billed per performer, so three fan clubs are three subscriptions.
- Switch off auto-refill (Auto Refill, Auto-Refill, Auto Top-up, SmartBuy, Easy Re-ups or Autoload) in your settings.
- Remove saved cards if you do not plan to buy again.
- Keep the cancellation email and check your next statement.
- If the charge continues, contact the billing processor named on your statement, then your card issuer.

Memberships: what you are cancelling
Site-wide memberships are the most common source of surprise renewals because they often start with a free trial or a bonus.
- Chaturbate Supporter costs $19.95 a month and includes a one-time bonus of 200 tokens, ad-free browsing and the ability to start private messages. Chaturbate's help center says to cancel on desktop.
- CamSoda Premium also costs $19.95 a month and includes 200 free tokens on the first purchase. CamSoda confirms cancellation by email.
- CAM4 Gold showed 19.99 € per 30 days on the EU checkout we read, with 100 free tokens on upgrade. It renews through the payment processor that billed it, so that is where you cancel; deleting the CAM4 account also cancels it automatically.
- Flirt4Free VIP costs $39.95 per 30 days with 150 credits and renews until cancelled; the 3-month ($99.95) and 6-month ($179.95) plans do not renew. Access continues to the next billing date, with no pro-rata refund.
- Stripchat Ultimate can be bought once, monthly or annually; the price is only shown after login. First-time buyers can get 7 free days with special packages.
- LiveJasmin Pro starts with a one-month free trial for age-verified members and is then charged every 30 days unless you unsubscribe. The price is only shown on the logged-in Pro Membership page.
LiveJasmin's "Premium" status is different: it comes from buying credits and does not renew. MyFreeCams and BongaCams likewise make you Premium for life with your first token purchase, at no recurring cost.
Fan clubs: one subscription per performer
Fan clubs give perks in one performer's room, such as a badge, exclusive photos and videos or free spying, for a monthly fee the performer sets. They are easy to collect and easy to forget.
- On Chaturbate, fan clubs auto-renew monthly until cancelled under My Profile > Memberships. If the broadcaster raises the price, existing members keep the price they joined at.
- On Stripchat, you can pay monthly or upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months; a cancelled club stays active to the end of the period.
- On LiveJasmin, cancelling a fan club gives no refund for the current period.
- On CAM4, fan clubs rebill every 30 days without a reminder email, and CAM4 does not appear on the statement.
- On CamSoda, paying with tokens buys a three-month subscription that does not renew; paying by card renews monthly.

Auto-refill: the quiet recurring charge
Auto-refill is not a subscription, but it can bill you again and again in one evening. Stripchat's Auto-Refill can run up to 4 times in 24 hours; LiveJasmin's SmartBuy buys a 27.99-credit package whenever your balance falls below 7 credits and emails you each time; Chaturbate's Auto Refill re-buys your last package when the balance drops below 10% of it. Still charged? How to stop recurring billing at the source
Start with the name on your statement. Cam sites usually bill through processors such as CCBill, Epoch or Segpay, and those processors run their own support desks. CCBill's consumer support explains that a charge referring to ccbill.com is a subscription from a site that uses CCBill, and Epoch offers a similar lookup for charges on a statement. Platform billing contacts we found on official pages:
- Chaturbate billing support: 1-877-338-7068.
- Stripchat: Epoch ([email protected]), Segpay ([email protected]) or Paymentico ([email protected]), depending on which processor billed you.
- LiveJasmin: JWSbill ([email protected]) or CCBill.
If the merchant will not stop the charges, you can dispute them with your card issuer. In the US, the CFPB says to send a written billing-error notice within 60 days after the statement showing the charge. Platform terms often penalize disputes (MyFreeCams bans accounts that file chargebacks), so try the site and processor first. See our chargeback guide for the details.
FAQ
Why am I still being charged by a cam site?
Usually a membership, a fan club or auto-refill is still active, or a fan club was cancelled on one performer but not another. Check the subscriptions page and the auto-refill switch, then contact the processor named on your statement if the charge is unknown.
How do I cancel Chaturbate Supporter?
On the desktop site, go to My Profile > Memberships and cancel the Supporter membership. Fan clubs are cancelled on the same page.
How do I cancel LiveJasmin Pro?
Go to Settings > Pro Membership > Manage Subscription > Unsubscribe. Fan club subscriptions are cancelled separately under My Content > My Subscriptions.
How do I cancel CAM4 Gold?
CAM4 says Gold renews through the processor that billed it (Epoch, SegPay or DialXS), so you cancel with that processor. Deleting your CAM4 account also cancels Gold automatically.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
Generally not for the current period. Stripchat fan clubs, Streamate club memberships and Flirt4Free VIP stay active until the paid period ends, and LiveJasmin states there is no refund for the current fan club period.
