Group Shows on Cam Sites
Group shows on cam sites are paid shows that several viewers share, so each one pays less than a private. They come in three main forms: per-minute group chats, ticket or pledge shows that start once enough people have paid, and tip-based party shows. Which form you get depends on the platform.
In short
- Per-minute group chats: Stripchat, BongaCams, CamSoda, MyFreeCams, Flirt4Free and Cams.com.
- Ticket or goal shows with a fixed buy-in: Chaturbate, Stripchat, CamSoda (Golden Ticket), Cam4, LiveJasmin (VIP Show), Streamate and Jerkmate (GOLD Show), Flirt4Free and Cams.com.
- Group shows are usually cheaper per person than a private: MyFreeCams charges 10 tokens a minute against 60 for a private.
- Cancelled ticket shows are refunded automatically on Cam4, and GOLD Shows are not billed if the performer cancels on Streamate.
- SkyPrivate runs one-on-one calls only, and XLoveCam has no ticketed group show.

Three kinds of group show
Platforms use different names, but nearly every format fits one of three models.
- Per-minute group chat. Each viewer pays a per-minute rate for as long as they stay, usually lower than a private. You can join and leave at any time.
- Ticket, pledge or goal show. The performer sets a fixed price to get in and often a goal or countdown. The show starts when the goal is met or the performer starts it, and only ticket holders can watch. The short definition is on our ticket show glossary page.
- Party or tip-based show. Entry is free or cheap and the show runs on tips, like a public room with a theme.
Per-minute group shows
These work like a private with the bill split between viewers. Each person pays the performer's group rate per minute.
| Platform | Name | How it is priced |
|---|---|---|
| Stripchat | Group show | Per minute, unlimited participants, free slot reservation, "usually cheaper" than a private |
| BongaCams | Group chat | Default 30 tokens a minute per participant; model-set limits 10 to 150 |
| CamSoda | Group Show | Each viewer pays the model's per-minute rate, billed every 10 seconds |
| MyFreeCams | Group Show | 10 tokens a minute per member; needs at least 3 requests and the model's acceptance |
| Flirt4Free | Multi-User | 10 to 120 credits a minute; in Combo rooms two thirds of the private price |
| Cams.com | Nude Chat, Party Chat | Token-per-minute fee with several members; Party Chat is described as cheaper than a private |
ImLive's host agreement also says that "more than one Guest/Member can be connected to a certain Host/Model at the same time", but the member-side pricing could not be confirmed because the help center was blocked for our checks.
Ticket shows and GOLD shows
Ticket formats are popular on tip-based sites because the performer knows in advance whether the show will pay.
- Chaturbate has no pay-per-minute group show. Ticket or "hidden" shows run through room apps, and you buy a ticket by tipping a set number of tokens. Password shows are paid by a tip agreed in advance.
- Stripchat ticket shows cost a fixed 8 to 1,000 tokens for the whole show.
- CamSoda Golden Ticket shows have a flat ticket price set by the model, for a scheduled or ongoing show. Fan club tiers give 25% off (Supporter), 50% off (Insider) or free entry (Legend).
- Cam4 performers set the ticket price, a token goal and a time limit. Tips sent after ticket sales start count toward the ticket.
- LiveJasmin VIP Shows have a pre-show and a credit goal. The show starts when the model starts it or the goal is reached, and only members who gave at least the minimum can watch. LiveJasmin's model wiki says new performers can set a VIP buy-in "as low as $1".
- Streamate GOLD Shows ask members to pledge GOLD during a countdown; the performer sets length, goal and pledge price. One GOLD equals $1.00. Jerkmate runs the same Gold Show on the Streamate performer pool, with a goal, minimum buy-in, countdown and show length.
- Flirt4Free Group Chat has a performer-set credit goal and a minimum pledge.
- Cams.com Goal or Tipping shows have early-entry and late-entry tip prices.
Party and club shows
Some formats sit between a public room and a paid show. Flirt4Free's Party Chat has free entry and runs on tips. ImLive's Candy Shows are paid with tips, vibes and Treat Credits. MyFreeCams' Club Shows have no per-minute cost but are open only to members of the model's MFC Share club, which is effectively a fan club perk.

SkyPrivate does not offer group shows on its public pages: every documented show is a one-on-one call. On XLoveCam the standard Private Show is shared ("During a Private Show, other users can join you"), and there is no ticketed group show.
What group shows cost compared with privates
Where both rates are published, the group rate is a fraction of the private one. MyFreeCams charges 10 tokens a minute per member in a group against a fixed 60 for a private. BongaCams defaults are 30 tokens for a group against 60 for a private. Flirt4Free's Multi-User is two thirds of the private price in Combo rooms.
Ticket shows are harder to compare because you pay once for the whole show, whatever its length. Check the ticket price and the stated show length or time limit before you buy. Token sites convert to money at different rates, so use the token converter or a platform page such as CamSoda pricing to see the cash value.
Cancellations, refunds and other limitations
- Cam4 refunds ticket holders automatically if the show is cancelled, if the performer leaves for more than 5 minutes, or after 3 disconnects.
- Streamate does not bill GOLD pledges if the performer cancels the show.
- LiveJasmin lists VIP tickets among non-refundable items in its terms.
- MyFreeCams does not give token refunds for group or spy shows.
- A group show needs a group. MyFreeCams needs at least three requests before a group show starts, and goal shows only start when the goal is reached or the performer decides.
- Less control. You share the show with others, so requests compete. Flirt4Free does not allow Cam2Cam in Group Chat.
If you are deciding between platforms for this format, our Chaturbate vs Stripchat comparison shows how a ticket-only approach differs from a site with both ticket and per-minute group shows.
FAQ
How do ticket shows work on cam sites?
The performer sets a fixed ticket price, often with a goal or countdown. You buy a ticket (on Chaturbate by tipping the set amount), and when the show starts only ticket holders can watch. On Stripchat tickets cost 8 to 1,000 tokens.
What is a GOLD show on Streamate?
Members pledge GOLD (1 GOLD equals $1) during a countdown toward a goal the performer sets. If the performer cancels, pledges are not billed. Jerkmate runs the same Gold Show format.
Are group shows cheaper than private shows?
Per person, yes, where both are published. MyFreeCams groups cost 10 tokens a minute against 60 for a private; BongaCams defaults are 30 against 60.
What happens if a ticket show is cancelled?
It depends on the site. Cam4 refunds ticket holders automatically if the show is cancelled or the performer leaves for over 5 minutes. LiveJasmin's terms list VIP tickets as non-refundable.
