Stripchat Adds Paymentico as a Card Billing Name

If you see "Paymentico" on your card statement after buying Stripchat tokens, that is expected: Stripchat added Paymentico as a card processor in October 2026 and published a help article explaining the name. Paymentico now sits next to Epoch and Segpay on Stripchat's billing support page. None of the listed statement names include the word "Stripchat".

In short

  • New help article: "Why does Paymentico appear on my bank statement?"
  • Stripchat card charges may show as Paymentico.com, EPOCH.COM*Technius, SegpayEU.com-TechChat, centrobill.com or Technius Ltd.
  • Paymentico billing support: [email protected], 1-855-877-7020.
  • Also new: Magic Search, a natural-language search for live rooms (September 2026).

What changed

Stripchat bills through outside payment processors, and the processor's name, not the site's, is what appears on your statement. In October 2026 Stripchat added a help article explaining that card charges may now appear under Paymentico's name, and listed Paymentico alongside Epoch and Segpay on its billing support page.

Stripchat's statement article says transactions "may appear on your bank statement under one of the following names, depending on the payment provider you use". The names it lists now are:

What it means for viewers

If a Paymentico charge matches a token purchase you made, nothing is wrong. If you do not recognize it, contact Paymentico or Stripchat support before going to your bank. Stripchat's refund rules are narrow: a money refund covers only your last package, bought within 30 days, with its tokens unused, and only for card or PayPal purchases. A bank chargeback is a separate route with its own consequences; see what happens after a chargeback.

A good habit is to check your statement after the first purchase on any cam site and note the exact descriptor, so a later charge does not surprise you. Our guide to how cam site charges appear on statements lists the names for other platforms, and paying by card on cam sites covers card-specific issues.

On 16 September 2026 Stripchat launched Magic Search, according to XBIZ. It lets viewers describe what they want to watch in natural language, in more than 50 languages, and uses computer vision on public shows to find matching rooms. XBIZ reports more than two million queries since the beta started in February 2026. Magic Search appeared on the Stripchat homepage when we checked it logged out on 14 October 2026.

For models, this suggests that what happens in a public show, not only profile tags, may affect how viewers find them. Details on how Stripchat promotes performers are in our Stripchat model guide.
