Interactive Toys on Cam Sites
Interactive toys on cam sites are connected devices, most often from Lovense, that react to viewers in real time. On most platforms a tip sets off a vibration whose strength and length depend on the amount; a few sites also sell direct control for a set time. Almost every major cam site supports them, so "interactive webcam sites" today covers most of the market.
In short
- 13 of the 14 platforms we track document interactive toys; for MyFreeCams we found no official toy feature.
- Most sites use tip activation: the performer maps tip amounts to vibration levels and durations.
- Direct control exists on Stripchat (full toy-control mode), Jerkmate ("Live Vibe" with Gold) and XLoveCam (Toy Controller in Private Xclusive shows).
- Prices are set by performers. On SkyPrivate, models charge $0.10 to $1 per second of toy time.
- Lovense dominates, but Stripchat and CamSoda also mention Kiiroo, and XLoveCam supports sound-activated toys such as OhMiBod.

How interactive toys work on cam sites
The performer pairs a toy with the cam site, either through the site's own integration or through the toy maker's software. Lovense's camming tools are free and, in Lovense's words, work with "multiple integrated camsites", with tip-based vibration levels, games such as a wheel or dice, and control links. Its Stream Master app for Windows and macOS is described as working "with all major cam sites". Lovense's own list of compatible sites was not readable when we checked, so we rely on each platform's pages below.
From the viewer's side, there are two ways to interact.
- Tip activation. You send a tip and the toy reacts. The performer's toy menu says, for example, which tip range gives a short low vibration and which gives a long strong one. This is the standard model on Chaturbate, BongaCams, CamSoda, Cam4, LiveJasmin, Flirt4Free and Cams.com.
- Direct control. You pay for a period of control and steer the toy yourself. Stripchat has a full toy-control mode, Jerkmate's Live Vibe lets you "control the model's vibrating toy in real time using Gold", and XLoveCam offers a Toy Controller in its Private Xclusive show. CamSoda's fan club discounts mention a "Control Her" feature.
Flirt4Free states that "at this point, Lovense devices can only be controlled by tips". In November 2025 it added Interactive Control features with Lovense, including a redesigned toy tip menu and power and timing settings (reported by XBIZ).

What interactive toy control costs
There is no site-wide price: performers set their own toy menus, and the cost is whatever the tip or action costs in that room. A few concrete points from official pages:
- SkyPrivate: the model sets a toy price between $0.10 and $1 per second.
- BongaCams: the new toy menu shows the token cost of each vibration before you send it.
- XLoveCam: vibration actions are priced by the performer in euros.
- CamSoda: the Insider fan club tier gives 10% off "Control Her", along with privates, the tip menu and media.

Limitations and rules
- Lag and connection. A toy only reacts if it is connected. Stripchat explicitly bans fake or disconnected toys, but a dropped connection can still mean a tip with no reaction, and tips are generally final.
- Tips for toys are still tips. Chaturbate and Stripchat treat tips as final, and LiveJasmin lists its Surprises (tips) as non-refundable.
- Country rules. Cam4 geo-blocks interactive features for Swedish IP addresses under Sweden's Proposition 2024/25:124, and Chaturbate stopped token purchases and tipping for members in Sweden from 30 June 2025.
- MyFreeCams has no official interactive toy feature on the wiki pages we read.
