Multi-Model Cam Rooms
Multi-model cam rooms are broadcasts with more than one performer on camera: couples, duos and small groups. Most large cam sites allow them, but the rule is the same everywhere: every person who appears must be an adult who has passed the platform's ID verification. How you add a second person, and how many can join, differs by site.
In short
- Chaturbate allows up to 5 broadcasters on camera at once and has Guest Accounts for up to 5 age-verified accounts in one broadcast.
- Stripchat accounts with several registered people have one Account Holder who must appear in every broadcast.
- LiveJasmin lets models stream together "as long as all participants are verified and approved", with separate verified accounts per category such as Couple.
- Couples or group categories exist on Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams, LiveJasmin, Streamate, Jerkmate, Flirt4Free, Cam4, ImLive and XLoveCam.
- MyFreeCams' model rules say men are not allowed in the same room as a female model.
This page covers the performer side. If you are a viewer looking for couples rooms, our list of couples webcam sites is the better start. Shows with several paying viewers are a different feature, explained under group shows. Both sit in our cam site features series.
What multi-model cam rooms are
Platforms handle this in one of two ways. Some treat a couple or group as one model account with several verified people on it. Others let separately verified performers join each other's broadcasts. Either way, viewers see a single room, tip into a single balance and book private shows with the whole room.
The reason for the strict ID rules is legal as much as policy. In the US, 28 CFR 75.2 requires records of every performer's legal name, date of birth and photo ID, including, for live internet performances, a copy with enough running time to identify the performer. Mastercard's rules for adult merchants require documented age, identity and consent for everyone depicted.
Guest accounts on Chaturbate
Chaturbate offers the most detailed system. Up to 5 independent broadcasters can be on camera at once, each age-verified. Its Guest Accounts feature lets up to 5 age-verified accounts appear in someone else's broadcast. Chaturbate's broadcaster rules also say that everyone who appears on camera must be verified, using a valid government-issued ID and a selfie of the ID holder.
Chaturbate's site has a Couples category among Women, Men, Couples and Trans. More on the platform in our Chaturbate review and the creator guide to broadcasting on Chaturbate.
Account holders on Stripchat
On Stripchat an account can include several registered persons. One of them is the "Account Holder", who appears in every broadcast; second models can be added to the account. Stripchat accepts "18+ years old females, males, couples, and transgenders", and each person goes through the same verification: ID document, real-time selfie and a photo holding the ID with a handwritten note. Details in the Stripchat model guide.

How shows and earnings work in a shared room
A multi-model room works like any other room on the platform: free public chat, tips, tip menus, private and group shows at the room's rates. On Flirt4Free, Multi-User rooms are priced as a show type (10 to 120 credits a minute). Earnings go to the account that broadcasts, so performers sharing an account need their own agreement on how to split them. With Chaturbate's guest accounts, each performer has an independent, verified account of their own.
Payout rules (share, minimum, methods) are those of the account. Compare them on our page about webcam platform fees.
Limitations and rules
- No unverified guests. Anyone appearing on camera without verification breaks the rules on every platform we checked and can put the account at risk.
- Caps on numbers. Chaturbate's limit is 5 people; other platforms do not publish a number.
- Category accounts. LiveJasmin requires separate verified accounts per category, so a solo performer streaming as a couple needs the right account.
- Site-specific restrictions, such as MyFreeCams' rule on men in rooms with female models.

FAQ
Can two models broadcast together on a cam site?
Yes on most large sites, provided both are verified adults. Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, BongaCams, Cam4, Streamate and others document couples or group broadcasting.
How many people can be on camera on Chaturbate?
Up to 5 independent broadcasters at once, each age-verified. Guest Accounts allow up to 5 age-verified accounts to appear in one broadcast.
How do I add a second model on Stripchat?
Second models can be added to an existing account, which then has one Account Holder who appears in every broadcast. Each added person goes through ID verification.
Does everyone on camera need to be verified?
Yes. Chaturbate states that everyone who appears on camera must be verified, LiveJasmin requires all participants to be verified and approved, and Cam4 and XLoveCam ask for ID for each person.
